Thesis abstract

Praise to Allah and peace be upon prophet Muhammad, his family, companions, and those who follow his path.

This thesis is presented to attain the PhD. degree majoring in the fundamentals of Jurisprudence from the faculty of Sharia and Islamic Studies at Umm Ul-Qura University in Makkah Mukarama.

Thesis title: Commenting on fundamentalist misconceptions ; an applied concentrated study on the fundamentalist writings from the ٣ rd Higri century to the ١٤ th Higri Century.

Thesis objectives: an attempt to concentrate on the principles of commenting on fundamentalist misconceptions by means of deducing from the fundamentalist books and pointing out their main pillars, conditions, reasons, sections, starting point,development, criteria, forms, potentials, effects and conducts.

I managed to achieve these objectives through a plan in terms of in an introduction and six chapters.

- In the introduction, I mentioned the reasons behind the topic selection, the previous studies, the chronicle study limits, the thesis objectives, plan, approach, symbols concluded by my appreciation to those who assisted me.

- Chapter one: I dealt with the principles of commenting on fundamentalist misconceptions

- Chapter two: I dealt with the pillars of commenting on fundamentalist misconceptions., its conditions and reasons.

- Chapter three: I dealt with the parts of commenting on fundamentalist misconceptions.

- Chapter four: I dealt with commenting on fundamentalist misconceptions from the age of legislation till the one of composing the fundamentals of jurisprudence, its development in the fundamentalist writings, its approach and material.

- Chapter five: dealt with the criteria and forms of fundamentalist realization.

- Chapter six: The last chapter in which I dealt with the potentials, effects and conducts of fundamentalist realization.

I gave due attention to the applied aspect of the above mentioned classification, then I concluded this with indexes for easy browsing.

I beg my Lord's pardon to reward me and guide me to the best route.
